Liquid cooling connector machining samples

These public samples include liquid cooling connectors, female couplings and manual rings with cross ports, long shafts, knurling, stepped grooves and window slots. Final material, dimensions, tolerances, sealing and finish requirements follow the customer drawing.

What we review in your liquid cooling connector drawing

Manufacturability cannot be judged from the outside shape alone. Before quotation, we review interfaces, sealing features, material, finish and inspection requirements against the drawing.

Threads and interfaces
Thread specification, interface direction, mating dimensions and assembly datums.
Seals and critical surfaces
Seal grooves, mating faces, surface roughness and cleanliness requirements.
Material and finish
Material grade, heat treatment and surface treatment specified on the drawing.
Quantity and inspection
Prototype quantity, production demand, critical characteristics and required delivery records.

Advancing our liquid cooling connector project

Yinghanni is advancing a manufacturing project for AI-server liquid cooling connectors. A project notice published by the Suzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau on 8 July 2026 lists a planned annual scale of 2 million connectors.

For liquid cooling connectors, female couplings, manual rings and related components, we review customer drawings for material, interfaces, threads, sealing, inspection and production-volume requirements before preparing the machining plan.

How liquid cooling connectors are machined and inspected

Equipment is matched to the part. Turning, milling and CMM inspection are selected according to rotational features, side ports, threads, seal grooves and drawing requirements.

Frequently asked questions

What information is needed to quote a liquid cooling connector?

Please provide a 2D or 3D drawing, material grade, quantity, critical tolerances, sealing and finish requirements, and the target date. If the file is incomplete, send the current revision and our engineering team will identify what is still needed.

Can you review a sample or photo first?

A sample or photo can help us understand the geometry and identify missing information. A formal quotation still needs drawings or files that confirm dimensions, tolerances, material and technical requirements.

Which materials can be reviewed for liquid cooling connectors?

The current public samples include SUS304, SUS316 and AL6082-T6. Other materials need to be reviewed against material condition, drawings and technical requirements.

How should I send the drawing?

Use the email button on this page and attach the files in your own mail client. The website does not store drawings.
